Just go to our Support Desk and click Submit a Ticket. You will need to provide an email address so we can contact you with the response. We advise you to create a login on the support desk - this is a separate login to the DesignBuilder.co.uk website login. A support desk login lets you track your support issues and keeps a record of your previous support questions.
Please provide as much detail as possible about your problem, including the version of DesignBuilder you are running and your activation code.
If you experience problems emailing or uploading large files (> 10Mb) to the support desk - if this occurs please use Dropbox or a similar file upload service and send us a link to your data file.
