        Cost type
You can define the cost of each material used in the building fabric in one of 3 ways through the cost type setting:

            - 1-Cost per surface area where the material cost is defined per area of the construction surface. This is the most commonly used way to define costs for most materials of low to medium thickness.

            - 2-Cost per mass where the cost of the material is defined based on mass (cost per kg or lb)

            - 3-Cost per volume where the cost of the material is defined based on volume (cost per m3 or ft3). This option is often used to define the cost for poured construction layers such as cast concrete.

        Cost per surface area
When the cost type is 1-Cost per surface area enter the cost of the material per area when applied to the building surface.
        Cost per mass
When the cost type is 1-Cost per mass enter the cost of the material per kg or lb when applied to the building surface.
        Cost per volume
When the cost type is 1-Cost per volume enter the cost of the material per m3 or ft3 when applied to the building surface.
